Me encanta ayudar a mis pacientes a lograr sus objetivos tanto a nivel de rendimiento deportivo como mejoría en su salud y bienestar general. Me enfoco en nutrición deportiva y salud hormonal femenina
(infertilidad, SOP, enfermedades tiroideas, endometriosis) además de nutrición clínica (diabetes, hipertensión, dislipidemias). Me gusta hacerles ver la nutrición de una forma diferente no a través del peso si no más allá de eso.
