About me

I graduated in 2011 with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). Since I graduated I have been practicing in private practice, as well as in hospitals, university education and educational centers.

During my consultations you can find a safe space to feel and express your thoughts and emotions, without fear of being judged, but rather of being heard, in an environment of confidentiality.

During psychotherapy processes we always keep 3 words present, COMMITMENT-HOPE-RESILIENCE.

In order to provide a better service to my patients, I always keep myself in constant training. I have training in different intervention models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-TREC, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Positive Discipline.
