I have always felt a deep curiosity to understand the human mind and the emotions that move us. I became a psychologist because I wanted to accompany people in their processes of change, help them see more clearly, and offer a safe space where they could feel heard, understood and accompanied.

In addition to offering psychological therapy, I am also dedicated to creating and facilitating training spaces where psychology is experienced in a practical and close way. I develop workshops and projects that combine psychological knowledge with experiential experiences, applicable to daily life. I am passionate about bringing psychology to different contexts, making it accessible, useful and deeply human.
