Psychologist and also a mom who strongly believes in each person's capacity for growth and change when provided with the right space for reflection, understanding, and support.
I enjoy working with individuals navigating different life stages and challenges, including emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, and personal development. Among my areas of particular interest are perinatal mental health, motherhood, and parenting, fields in which I have pursued additional training to better understand and support the needs of parents and families.
My work is guided by the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health or parenting. Every person and family has a unique story, which is why I strive to tailor the therapeutic process to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals.
