Elegí ser psicóloga porque siempre me ha conmovido escuchar a las personas y entender su mundo. Disfruto ver cómo alguien encuentra alivio y claridad. Me convertí en psicóloga porque creo profundamente en el poder de acompañar y transformar.

Enfoque basado en evidencia, principalmente desde la Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso (ACT). Acompaño a adolescentes y adultos (as) que buscan comprenderse mejor y construir una vida con sentido. Trabajo depresión, ansiedad, duelo, estrés laboral, autocrítica y bienestar emocional y relación con la actividad física, entre otros.
