I provide clinical care to adolescents and adults in virtual and/or in-person clinics in San Pedro and Heredia, using evidence-based therapeutic models that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also facilitate workshops and lectures, and offer psychoeducational material and/or curriculum design services for the promotion and dissemination of accessible mental health.
