I have a degree in Clinical Nutrition, and I have a postgraduate degree in business administration (MBA-UCR).

I have the Certification of weight management in youth and children (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics), Certification in Sports Nutrition for high performance (Francis Holway), Certification in ISAK 1 Sports Nutrition and Kinanthropometry, and International Certification as an Integrative Health Coach ( Rosanna Mauro Wellness Institute).

Nutritional consultation is offered to children, youth and adults.

The services include Sports Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition (Weight Control, Weight Loss, Overweight and Obesity, Diabetes, Cholesterol and Triglycerides, Hypertension, Hypothyroidism, Polycystic Ovary, among others), Nutrition Education for children, adolescents and young people. In addition, Coaching is combined as a tool for nutritional education and quality progress, focused on healthy, responsible and balanced nutrition according to each patient.

My work has been based on clinical nutritional consultation, support with talks to groups or companies, participation and updating in health congresses, business consultation (Example: I have been a nutritionist for a Procter and Gamble company for 10 years, among numerous other companies where we have led our services). I have been a nutritionist and have participated in events with Nike Costa Rica, nutritionist for 12 years of the elite cycling team of the El Globo Store Cycling Association (winners in my period of 5 Vueltas Ciclísticas a Costa Rica, 1 Vuelta al Táchira, 2 Vueltas a Guatemala, among others in national territory) and sports nutritionist for hundreds of athletes in endurance events such as marathoners, cyclists and triathlonists.

On a personal level, I am a mother, a wife, an entrepreneur, a marathon runner / athlete, and I hope to be an ally of my patients, as well as support to improve their health and quality of life.
