Procuro crear un espacio seguro y acogedor para mis pacientes, donde puedan sentirse cómodos para expresarse libremente y sin juicios, mi objetivo es ayudar a cada persona que llega a mi consultorio a explorar, identificar y abordar sus pensamientos y emociones. Promuevo el desarrollo y la creación de herramientas y habilidades para la vida =)

Soy psicóloga pero también paciente y procuro brindar lo que yo también esperaría, me hace muy feliz ver a las personas entenderse, valorarse, cambiar pero sobre todo sanar.
Porque creo en el infinito poder que tienen las personas y me apasiona poder ayudar a que cada paciente que llega a mi consultorio, se de cuenta de su poder y lo ponga en práctica.
