I am dedicated to promoting mental health. My goal is to use my skills and experience
to improve the development of people, groups and organizations that seek comprehensive well-being.

I chose to be a psychologist, since I believe that we all deserve a space for listening and emotional validity. I take great satisfaction in helping my patients and being part of their change processes.

I currently provide psychotherapy in the Escazú and Curridabat area. Likewise, I complement this with university teaching in psychology.
